1. Eligibility

1.1. The Million Miss 2026 contest ("Contest") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

1.2. Employees of Million Miss, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Participants must be legal residents of a country where such contests are permitted by law.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1. To enter, participants must submit one (1) original photograph and pay the non-refundable entry fee of $1 USD.

2.2. The submitted photograph must be of the participant and must not contain any other individuals.

2.3. Photographs must not contain nudity, offensive content, violence, or any material that violates applicable laws.

2.4. All photographs are subject to approval. Million Miss reserves the right to reject any submission that violates these terms.

3. Voting and Scoring

3.1. The winner is determined by the total score, calculated as: Views + (Likes × 2).

3.2. Each unique visitor may vote (like) once per participant.

3.3. Any attempt to manipulate votes through bots, automated systems, or fraudulent means will result in immediate disqualification.

3.4. Million Miss reserves the right to audit vote counts and remove suspicious activity.

4. Prize

4.1. The grand prize is $250,000 USD, awarded to the participant with the highest score at the contest's conclusion.

4.2. The winner will be announced within 72 hours of the contest ending on December 31, 2026.

4.3. The winner must verify their identity before receiving the prize.

4.4. All taxes and duties on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4.5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items or services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. By submitting a photograph, participants grant Million Miss a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the photograph in connection with the Contest.

5.2. Participants warrant that they own or have the right to submit the photograph and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Million Miss is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation in the Contest.

6.2. Participants enter at their own risk and agree to hold Million Miss harmless from any claims.

7. Modifications

7.1. Million Miss reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

7.2. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
